1. What are your candles made of?

Our candles are hand-poured using premium soy wax (or coconut/soy blend, if applicable), natural cotton wicks, and high-quality, phthalate-free fragrance oils. They’re eco-friendly, clean-burning, and made with love.

2. How long do your candles burn?

Burn time depends on the size:

  • 10 oz Martini: 30–35 hours
  • 12 oz jar: 45–55 hours
    To get the longest life from your candle, always trim the wick to ¼ inch before each burn.

3. Why is my candle tunneling?

Tunneling happens when a candle is extinguished before the melt pool reaches the edge. Be sure to let your candle burn for 2–3 hours on the first burn to avoid this.

4. Are your candles safe for pets?

Our candles are made with non-toxic ingredients and are safer than most store-bought brands. However, some essential oils can affect pets—so burn candles in a well-ventilated space and monitor your pets' reaction.

5. Do you offer custom scents or labels?

Yes! We love personalizing candles for gifts, weddings, or events. Message us to create your own scent blend or custom label. lindasluxelife@gmail.com

6. Can I reuse the candle jars?

Absolutely! Once your candle is done, clean out the jar with warm soapy water and reuse it as a planter, pen holder, or for storage. Eco-friendly and cute!

7. How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed in 2–3 business days. Shipping typically takes 3–5 business days (U.S. orders). You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

8. Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes! You can add gift wrapping at checkout. Each wrapped candle comes in eco-friendly packaging with a handwritten note (you can include your own message too!).

9. What should I do if my candle arrives damaged?

We do our best to pack each order with care, but if anything arrives broken or damaged, contact us within 7 days with a photo. 

10. Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?
